Is George Osborne about to feel the power of the silver surfers? An online petition has been launched calling on him to reverse his changes to age-related tax allowances.


The petition, which can be found here will be an interesting demonstration of the use older people now make of technology. As the reaction to the grannytax has already demonstrated quite vividly, pensioners are more than capable of using the internet to make themselves heard.
