AZERBAIJAN: Elderly people to be first to receive USSR-period banking deposits

BAKU, Azerbaijan / News.Az / Economy / March 9, 2012

Bank savings of Soviet period in Azerbaijan will be returned in 2012-2013, reports the General Collective Agreement for 2012-2013. The agreement was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation and National Confederation of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organization, APA reports. 

According to Cabinet of Ministers, the savings will be firstly returned to the elderly persons.
