Alma Mitchell, 99, of Tumwater, Washington, has been declared as one of the 12 winners of The New Yorker Magazine's 2012 Anniversary Issue cover. The New Yorker is an American magazine of reportage, commentary, criticism. Its first issue's cover in 1925 with dandy Eustace Tilley, was created by Rea Irvin.
