I fondly remember Lassie. What a good girl she was and I always wanted a dog just like her. She was so smart and there wasn't anything she couldn't do.
For those of you who never grew up with Lassie she was an American television Icon who had her own television series that followed her adventures and her companions, human and animal.

Remembering Lassie !
For some unknown reason to me I started thinking about television and the way it used to be.
Those were the days when we had a lot of family shows to watch. You could sit comfortably in your living room with your children and watch tv without worrying about what 4 letter word is going to come spewing out of someones mouth. A time when male and female products were not advertised, and you didn't have to explain to your kids what they were used for, right then at that moment of family time when you are spending time together. lol !
