* Retired government servants and armed forces personnel will also get 15% increase in their net pension from July 1, 2009.
The government unveiled a deficit budget of over Rs2.482 trillion for the fiscal year 2009-10, providing cushion to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), salaried people, armed forces and focusing relief for telecom sector.
