Mexico has not done justice to men and women who gave the best of his life in the factories

It is painful to see seniors in total misery every day on the streets of Mexico City. Most of them are retirees or pensioners on low pensions that are barely enough to survive.
No justice has been done to men and women who gave the best of his life to factories, offices and workshops on a mission to serve society. Pensions and retirement benefits in Mexico are so miserable that they do not permit a dignified life. Society in general calls for a permanent solution to find ways for retirees and pensioners to be treated as human beings. Some elderly people have had to beg in public as what they get as pension or retirement benefits is not enough.
The federal government has taken little interest in solving this problem of a social nature that is increasing alarmingly day by day as the number of seniors who are at stage of retirement grows. Constant demands to improve their economic situation have fallen on deaf ears.

State reforms of pensions do not reflect views of those who have stopped working and live with serious difficulties. It is unfortunate that Mexico's union leaders do not fulfill promises of improving living conditions of workers and retirees. They receive union dues that allow them to live comfortably. This is clearly insulting and offensive. All this is part of the corruption prevailing in the trade unions and has not been fought so far.
The trade union movement in Mexico has lost its force because of corruption and collaboration of union leaders with the state. This has resulted in workers living in helplessness, without the backup needed to help them pressurise the federal government to demand better living conditions for workers, and more so at the time of retirement or when eligible to pension.
