INDIA: Silver Inning ties up to offer training to work with elderly

MUMBAI, Maharashtra (The Hindustan Times), September 3, 2008: Horizons / What's New The Department of Psychology at Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai in association with Silver Inning Foundation has announced a certificate course in Gerontology. The course will teach dealing with the elderly. The objective of the course is to train people to work with elderly and to provide support system for their families. Course attendees will also learn basic skills, knowledge and attitudes for working with the elderly. They will learn to strengthen intergenerational relations through knowledge and understanding.
