INDIA: Seniors Park opens in heart of Rajkot city in Gujarat

RAJKOT, Gujarat (UNI), March 3, 2008: Gujarat Finance Minister Vajubhai Vala inaugurated a park for the senior citizens near Jubilee Garden, in the heart of the city, yesterday. The park called "Evening Post" has a walking track, sitting facilities and a cafetaria which serves beverages and light snacks morning and evening. The administration plans to start a book corner for the benefit of senior citizens. Copyright: United News of India
