MUMBAI (The Hindustan Times), December 12, 2007:
It's difficult to come to terms with old age when the attraction for eternal youth borders on obsession. It's best to accept the inevitable and move on.
For Miss India and documentary and short filmmaker Sheila Chaman, did just that when she realised at 50 that age is catching up.
That realisation led to TIMELESS, a film on old age, which was screened today at the state Governor's residence, the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai.
The film touches upon how to keep fit as time progresses, how to come to terms with the fact that youth has gone by.

"I've roped in doctors and eminent personalities to talk about this special phase in life," Chaman said at the screening of the film.
