U.K.: NHS Retirement Age To Rise To 65

LONDON, England (The Press Association), October 19, 2007: The retirement age for new National Health Scheme staff will rise to 65 from next year. The move is part of changes to the NHS pension scheme announced by the Scottish Government. The retirement age will go up to 65 from next April for new staff while existing NHS staff will keep their normal pension age of 60. Copyright © 2007 The Press Association.
