INDIA: Kerala Gets Old Age Home For Destitutes At Pathanamthitta

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, Kerala (New Indian Express), October 20, 2007: An old age home for the destitute, under the auspices of Sri Sathya Sai Orphanage Trust, will start functioning this weekend. Adoor Municipal chairperson Annamma Abraham will inaugurate the old age home. Trust acting chairperson Dr Subhadra Nair will preside over the function. This old age home, divided into two sections as Sayoojyam and Sanketham,respectively for women and men, will house the old who are left orphaned on the streets.
