BAHRAIN: $34 Million Resort for Elderly Under Construction

. BAHRAIN / Gulf Daily News / December 27, 2006: A $34m health resort for elderly people is being built in Bahrain, Gulf Daily News reported. The Al Farabi Care Centre in Busaiteen will include a four-star hotel, six apartment buildings, a commercial complex, health spas, clubs and clinics as well as open green areas and shaded parking. An exclusive medical center for the elderly will have seven different departments and 53 beds as well as medical staff specializing in long-term care.
