PAKISTAN: Sixty Year Old Crosses Lowari on Bicycle
CHITRAL (Chitral News), 22 July 2006:
An aged cyclist crossed Lawari Pass situated at an altitude of 10500 feet high from sea level.
Shamsher Khan alias Khan Baba resident of Bada Ber Peshawar started adventure on his bicycle on July 7 and reached Swat on the same day. Later on he reached Dir and then he crossed Lawari Pass on his bicycle.
Khan Baba aged 60 years also has traveled to Karachi on his bicycle in 2004. In that year he also traveled on bicycle from Peshawar to Mangora, Besham, Batagram, Abbotabad, Haripur and Jehangira and back.
He motivated the public on the way to get education and play their role in protection of their motherland.
