USA: Help Coming for Katrina Victims On Gulf Coast
Jackson, Mississippi (The JacksonChannel.com), November 2, 2005:
The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) has announced that help is on the way for seniors living on Gulf Coast.
Two recreational vehicles loaded with volunteers are headed south for Project KARES, which stands for Katrina Assistance Resources Education Services.
Their goal is to make sure seniors know what kind of contracts they are signing for home repairs and also to help them understand relief forms.
