USA: 1,200 Seniors Will Discuss Future with President Bush
PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA, November 28, 2005:
A local man will help President Bush plan for the future of our country's senior citizens.
Daniel Farley from the Glenwood Park Retirement Village in Princeton will attend the White House Conference on Aging.
He was chosen by Senator Robert C. Byrd to be one of the state's eight representatives.
Farley and about 1,200 others from across the country will discuss issues like Medicaid and Social Security.
Farley says this conference will have an impact well into the future.
Farley will be in the nation's capitol December 11th through the 14th.
During those four days, Farley and other representatives will draw up resolutions that will be given to each state's governor.
